Wintergreen, Chamomile, Clover, Valerian, Mint, Water

Boil 1 quart of water

Take 2 pinches of each herb and add to the boiling water

Lower the flame and let boil for one minute while stirring

Remove from stove and let it cool to you liking
Tips & Warnings
This mixture can also be made into a warm compress and applied directly to the area that hurts. Steps - place 2 tbsp of each herb into a cloth strainer, boil 2 quarts of water, insert the strainer into the boiling water, let it boil for 3 minutes, remove and let it sit for 4 minutes, take the paste and make a compress pouch and apply to the area that hurts
